We seek out innovation across our entire business and pass that knowledge and expertise to our customers. As a Warehouse Manager, you’ll be responsible for multiple warehouse locations. This position must fully understand the warehouse and inventory control management including the cycle counting process, work in process flow and logistics operations., How will you contribute: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED Certificate; and College Degree or applicable training in an accredited college/university; plus Eight to fifteen (8 to 15) or more years of work experience in a fast-paced work environment; or Any combination of experience, education, and training that provides the level of knowledge, skills, and experience needed to successfully perform the job.
  • Current Forklift Certification
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Clean DMV record

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all Company policies, as well as all FDA/GMP and OSHA regulations.
  • Identify any safety concerns, as well as cost saving opportunities.
  • Suggest changes to increase efficiency of department or work crew and assign projects within scope of responsibility.
  • Develop work processes that deliver continuous improvement in the department.
  • Manage bin counts/cycle counts regularly.
  • Work cohesively with the Planners/Supervisors to improve/maintain cycle count accuracy of 95%.
  • Participate in Company goals and objectives and provide an environment of positive worker relations.
  • Monitor daily progress reports from receiving, shipping and kitting of all warehouses.
  • Ensure receiving and labeling occurs with 24 hours of receipt of incoming materials.
  • Ensure all warehouses are organized, clean and neat at all times.
  • Manage Kanban reporting of materials on a regular basis for all warehouses.
  • Complete and deliver timely and accurate key performance indicators (KPI’s) and performance appraisals.
  • Participate in strategic discussions regarding future expansion and/or consolidation of the warehouse areas.
  • Manage preventative maintenance (PM’s) and repairs of all Company equipment in the warehouse, including Company truck.
  • Follow established department SOP's, cGMP regulations, and batch record instructions.
  • Complies with all Company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations.
  • Maintains a safe work environment and operates in a safe manner.
  • Perform other related job duties related to the job, as assigned by management.
