About The Position

The Warehouse Manager is a hands-on operational leader who balances high-level supply chain strategy with strong daily floor execution. This role oversees SAP processing, personnel supervision, warehouse fleet maintenance, and the continuous optimization of the physical warehouse layout to maximize space utilization, material flow, safety, and inventory accuracy. A key focus is leading the transition to a more modern, technology-enabled warehouse environment, including enhanced scanning systems, improved traceability, and streamlined material handling processes. As the primary liaison between Sales, Production, and global carriers, the Warehouse Manager ensures materials move seamlessly, accurately, and cost-effectively while maintaining alignment with IATF standards. We are seeking a decisive leader who combines ERP discipline with strong floor presence and has experience supporting or driving warehouse modernization initiatives that elevate both systems and team performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Logistics (relevant work experience may be substituted for a formal degree). And 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in warehouse management or logistics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & ERP/MRP experience
  • Hands-on capabilities and experience in controlling inventory

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage direct warehouse personnel.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve warehouse layout to optimize material flow, storage density, labor efficiency, and safety
  • Manage off-site warehouse and place re-stock orders.
  • Develop standardized location systems and visual management tools to improve picking accuracy and inventory traceability.
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
  • Managing annual budget and forecasting.
  • Purchasing and management of fleet of lifts
  • Responsible for warehouse layout, stock locations, and cleanliness.
  • Responsible for forklift check sheets and maintenance logs along with coordination of any repairs.
  • Implements maintenance programs for all lifts
  • Receive all direct and indirect materials physically and in SAP including the generation of labels as required.
  • Coordination of stored dunnage
  • Contact freight companies and generate any specific paperwork required to complete the outgoing shipments.
  • Update customer specific websites as required to complete the shipping process.
  • Ensure that outgoing shipment BOL’s and delivery notes into profile.
  • Manage packaging stock levels and re-order as required and in collaboration with
  • Stock production areas with the correct materials to support upcoming schedules.
  • Communicate directly with the LGC’s and MFM’s to coordinate daily shipping operations.
  • Maintenance and management of all dock plates and doors
  • Provide single point of communication with the freight companies for all incoming and outgoing shipment information.
  • Support and participate in Annual Physical Inventory.
  • Support the approval of freight bills and assigning them to the correct cost center.
  • Participating in internal audits
