Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
• 5+ years of leadership experience in high-volume environments
• Expertise in domestic and international freight processes
• A proven history of driving customer satisfaction
• Forklift certification
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• You excel in fast-paced, high-volume settings and take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• You lead teams by example, collaborate effectively with transportation partners, and stay energized by solving operational challenges.
• Above all, you prioritize quality, safety, and building strong teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-volume warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping
• Support the coordination of domestic and international shipments, including container loads
• Work closely with transportation partners to meet operational and customer deadlines
• Elevate customer satisfaction through accurate, timely, and reliable execution
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing warehouse team
• Maintain inventory accuracy while upholding safety and quality standards
• Resolve challenges quickly and drive continuous improvements
