Requirements
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Proactive, tech-oriented problem-solver
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with 3PL operations and order management systems
- Ability to work in fast-changing environments
Responsibilities
- Oversee 3PL performance (receiving, shipping, and SLAs)
- Coordinate daily warehouse tasks and priorities
- Manage demand forecasting and inventory accuracy
- Execute domestic and international transportation quotes
- Support multiple clients with different operational needs
- Ensure compliance with retailers’ routing guides
