This will be a contract role within the U.S. Department of State. The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) keep Americans safe at home by countering international crime, illegal drugs, and instability abroad. INL helps countries deliver justice and fairness by strengthening their police, courts, and corrections systems. These efforts reduce the amount of crime and illegal drugs reaching U.S. shores. The INL, Office of Security Assistance and Operations, Assistance Coordination division is responsible for managing the budget planning, formulation, and funds control functions of INL's program operations domestically and abroad. This position is contingent upon award of contract for BPA Call. The purpose of this Third-Party Contract (TPC) is to provide strategic leadership and oversight for complex program portfolios, ensuring effective implementation and alignment with organizational objectives. The TPC leads cross-functional teams, manages high-value budgets, and coordinates with senior officials to develop, execute, and evaluate program activities. This position is responsible for formulating and presenting budget proposals, monitoring program performance, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and impact. The TPC serves as a principal advisor on policy and operational matters, represents the program in high-level meetings, and fosters collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including U.S. embassies and federal agencies. The incumbent ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, drives process improvements, and provides expert guidance on program criteria, acquisition strategies, and risk management
