Were seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Job Coach to work alongside our clients at the Nestle warehouse in Arvin. As a Job Coach, you'll work directly with a small group of clients (typically 34 individuals). These clients are eager to work and growyoull be right there beside them, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical training to help them succeed. Schedule Monday - Friday from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Requirements

Someone who enjoys warehouse work and truly wants to make a positive impact
Must be 21 years or older, with a high school diploma or GED
A valid drivers license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Experience in warehouse or production settings is strongly preferred
Background working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize warehouse floors, restrooms, breakrooms, and work areas according to safety and hygiene standards.
Perform routine waste removal and recycling duties.
Providing hands-on support while encouraging independence and workplace confidence
Monitoring productivity to ensure team goals are met
Identifying each clients strengths and growth areas, and providing one-on-one training when needed
Documenting progress and keeping open communication with supervisors and case managers
Creating a supportive, professional, and inclusive work environment for our clients and employer partners
