About The Position
A Job Coach provides individualized support to help people with disabilities prepare for, obtain, and maintain employment. The Job Coach works closely with students and adults in real-world job settings to teach workplace skills, build confidence, and promote independence.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- BCI & FBI Background Checks
Responsibilities
- Complete and organize OOD documentation, maintain accurate records
- Checks email and messages frequently/daily
- Provide services for individuals on caseload, complete reports in specified timeframe
- Serve as a Liaison for partner businesses, ensuring timely communication
- Job Coach during Summer Youth Program (June - August)
- Travel to meet with clients or provide services within Columbiana and Mahoning counties
- Other duties as assigned
