We Ship Express is a growing warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics company with nationwide operations, specializing in the distribution of wine, spirits, and beer. We are seeking a full-time Fulfillment Supervisor to lead daily warehouse fulfillment operations at our Napa, CA facility. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong teams, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to customers. As Fulfillment Supervisor, you will oversee order accuracy, inventory integrity, team performance, and customer communication ensuring every order is processed accurately, on time, and in full. Compensation Salary: $72,000 annually What Youll Do Lead and supervise warehouse staff, assigning daily work to drive efficiency and quality Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately, on-time, and in-full; review and prioritize picking and shipping schedules Maintain strict quality control and safety standards throughout fulfillment and packaging processes Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts related to fulfillment operations Prepare and deliver daily account status recaps to customers and internal partners Communicate effectively with operations, sales, and customers regarding timelines, updates, and challenges Identify opportunities for process improvement and proactively recommend solutions Oversee inventory management, including system accuracy, product condition, organization, and reconciliation Supervise check-in/check-out, settlements, and inventory control functions Implement and maintain cycle count processes; investigate and resolve discrepancies Partner with the Warehouse Manager on staffing, scheduling, overtime, training, and performance development Train and develop team members on systems, SOPs, and independent task execution Prepare required operational reports and documentation Support policy development and ensure compliance with company procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including safety training oversight Lead by example and assist with order fulfillment as needed to meet deadlines Perform additional duties and special projects as required to support customer needs and company growth Leadership Responsibilities Direct supervision of warehouse staff Plan, assign, and direct work activities Coach, evaluate, and develop team members Address employee concerns and resolve issues in accordance with company policy and applicable laws What Were Looking For 24 years of related experience in warehouse fulfillment, logistics, or distribution (wine/spirits/beverage experience a plus) Strong inventory control and warehouse operations knowledge Proven leadership and team development skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer-focused mindset with proactive problem-solving ability Experience with WMS and warehouse software systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally Certification on motorized warehouse equipment (or ability to obtain) Bilingual skills a plus Ability to meet physical demands of the role and follow all safety requirements
