About The Position

Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator Department: Operations FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Essential Functions/Duties: Ensures warehouses are clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Create/interpret inventory reports and reconcile inventory discrepancies using Excel and/or Warehouse management software. Does clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and delivering a variety of materials, equipment and supplies. Perform physical inventories, investigate and record discrepancies. Maintain records for items entering and leaving the warehouse. Weighs or counts items for distribution to ensure conformance to company standards Completes paperwork or forms required for documentation to receive materials and verify materials against invoices to ensure the accuracy of the delivery. Enter and maintain inventory records. Process requisition forms to determine items to be moved, gathered, or delivered. Conveys materials and items from receiving areas to storage or other designated areas. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain an organized workflow.
  • Maintain a DOT Health Card [Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC)] and meet all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's (FMCSA) physical and mental standards to safely operate a commercial vehicle.
  • Experience operating larger delivery trucks that are classified as CMVs but do not require a Commercial Driver's License (CDL), such as vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) under 26,001 pounds.
  • Experience operating forklifts and other moving equipment.
  • Strong communication skills are needed to collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and logistics
  • Strong planning and multitasking skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, flexibility and professionalism
