Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, providing administrative support for efficient shipping, receiving, processing, packaging, storing and ordering of tools, supplies, materials and equipment. Responsible for supporting receiving and shipping parts in an efficient manner. Provides project and service support to field colleagues and supports office colleagues as needed. May provide support for fleet and facilities management programs. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Requirements

Strong planning and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize.
Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Customer service and detail-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

1-3 years relevant warehousing or shipping/receiving
Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic/electrical, fire alarm & life safety, data-cable installation and/or building automation
