The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the proper storage, retrieval, and distribution of materials within Hose Master’s Warehouse space. This role also involves performing necessary system transactions to maintain inventory accuracy and projecting a professional company image through in-person and phone interactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to understand and follow English instructions
  • Good basic math skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to read a tape measure, dial calipers and micrometer
  • Tow motor experience required

Responsibilities

  • Distribute materials such as fittings, steel, wire, bulk hose and braid to departments for use (Daily)
  • Escalate and Material Shortages/Discrepancies to Warehouse Supervisor (Daily)
  • Pull Materials for Remote Facility Trucks as required
  • Reels stage ahead of truck load date
  • Package orders for customer shipments as required
  • Prepare any necessary shipment paperwork as required
  • Ensure proper material transactions are entered promptly (Daily)
  • Assist in counting Inventory (Daily)
  • Use Forklift/Tow Motor to move shipments and raw material as needed
  • Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
