About The Position

The Warehouse Associate will perform critical tasks that support production, shipping/receiving, and warehouse organization at the brewery using a propane-powered forklift. This role also supports general facility cleanliness and organization to ensure internal standards are maintained during overnight operations. Pay Range: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour (includes $4.00/hour overnight shift differential) Position Type: Full Time Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with additional weekend hours during peak production periods

Requirements

• 1+ year warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment
• Forklift certified with at least 1 year of experience (gas-powered preferred)
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership and initiative
• Positive, team-oriented, and results-driven attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work overnight hours, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed
• Comfortable working with machinery, tools, and required PPE

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient operation of sit-down forklift throughout the facility
• Load and unload trucks at the dock with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency
• Wrap palletized finished goods using stretch wrapper to maintain product quality
• Store finished goods in appropriate locations while maintaining organization and inventory accuracy
• Follow "first-in, first-out" inventory rotation practices
• Pick and stage materials for production to avoid downtime
• Pre-pick and stage outbound shipments
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and surrounding areas to internal standards
