About The Position

The Will Call Representative uses technical knowledge of pipes, valves, and fittings and assists mechanical and plumbing contractors at the Will Call counter. The Will Call Representative provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers and demonstrates strict confidentiality with all team members while serving as an ambassador of our culture.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of pipes, valves, and fittings.
Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to effectively build rapport with both internal and external customers.
Positive attitude and ability to function both independently and in a team setting.
Ability to effectively operate fabrication equipment.
Possesses strong mathematical aptitude.
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage time effectively.
Computer literate in all Microsoft Office products.
Must be able to communicate in English regarding the essential functions of the position.
High School Diploma or GED.
Must be able to lift, carry, push and/or pull 50 lbs.
Requires visual, hearing, and speech acuity.
Requires the ability to stand and walk long distances for extended periods of time.

Nice To Haves

Three years of PVF distribution experience preferred
Previous SX Enterprise experience preferred, but not required.
Point of sale computer experience preferred, but not required.
Prior forklift experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Makes product recommendations and assists customers with PVF products.
Troubleshoots applications.
Utilizes CSD/TWL for all cash, check, and credit card sales.
Prepares routine reports, and file sales records.
Operates dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift in locating supplies and equipment.
Operates shrink wrap machine.
Assists in warehouse when needed and/or as necessary.
Loads and packs products onto customer vehicles.
Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.
Follows continuous quality improvement objectives.
Operates fabrication equipment as needed.
Adheres to all Company safety rules, standards, and guidelines.
Performs other duties as assigned.
