About The Position

This part-time 2nd shift Warehouse Associate position involves working in small teams to load and unload boxes in trailers. The compensation is performance-based, paid per box, encouraging efficient work. Employees typically earn $300-$500 per weekend, with top performers exceeding $800. Additional earnings are possible by working longer hours or extra days. The role requires punctuality, adherence to a dress code including a safety vest and steel-toed shoes, and maintaining a safe work environment. Key tasks include scanning and moving boxes between conveyor belts and cages during both loading and unloading operations, ensuring accuracy in scanning and placement.

Requirements

• Great attendance and punctuality
• Work well in a team setting
• Stays motivated under a fast paced environment.
• Can pass a background check and a drug test.
• Can lift up to 50lbs unassisted
• Can stand for long periods of time (10hrs-12hrs shifts)

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time (7pm) and in dress code (Safety vest and Steel toes)
• Unloading trailers (Scanning boxes and placing them from the conveyor belt into a cage.)
• Loading trailers (Scanning boxes and placing them from a cage onto a conveyor belt)
• While scanning, make sure every scan is done properly and placed into the correct cage location.
• Maintain a safe, positive work environment
• Keep yourself safe and follow company policies
• Have good attendance
• Work with other teams to keep operations running smoothly
• Push yourself to get work done more efficiently
