We are seeking a dependable, team-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our 2nd shift crew in Hanover, PA. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be crucial in ensuring products move efficiently and accurately through our facility, reporting to the Warehouse Manager. Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Comfortable operating warehouse equipment
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who works with urgency and takes pride in doing things right

Responsibilities

• Accurately processing, pulling, and packaging orders
• Receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming inventory
• Inspecting products and shipments for quality and accuracy
• Keeping inventory organized and warehouse space optimized
• Performing quality control checks
• Safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Following all safety and PPE requirements
• Offering ideas to improve efficiency and workflow
