Job Brief We are looking for a capable Warehouse Associate - Shipping & Receiving to support our company’s operations in La Crosse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and utilizing various computer programs to help maintain efficient warehouse operations. This role combines hands-on physical work with computer-based logistics and inventory coordination. No previous experience is necessary. You will receive on the job training. Hours are day shift, Monday - Friday. Requirements

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Google Workspace, inventory management software, and shipping platforms (UPS/FedEx/USPS)
  • Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
  • Ability to lift or move heavy products and stand for extended periods
  • Good attendance record
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Processing, packaging and shipping orders accurately
  • Create shipping labels, track shipments, and communicate with carriers
  • Perform data entry and generate reports related to inventory and shipping activity
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments using warehouse software
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Maintain up-to-date records of inventory using warehouse software
  • Organize items to company standards
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
