About The Position

We’re currently hiring a hands-on Warehouse Associate (Pre-Apprentice) to support daily warehouse operations at our Oshkosh facility. This role is key to keeping materials organized, assisting in order fulfillment, and helping ensure smooth coordination between teams. Requirements

• Strong work ethics and willingness to learn
• Basic organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers or learning basic inventory systems
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Be reliable and punctual
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude toward co-workers and leadership
• Participate in training and meetings as scheduled
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures
• Show initiative and interest in growing your skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience a plus (certification can be provided)

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments
• Help stage, load, and organize materials for job site deliveries
• Support inventory counts and material tracking
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Communicate with fabrication and field teams as needed
• Follow safety protocols and operational procedures
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned by supervisor
