About The Position

The Warehouse Assisant II executes daily warehouse operations with a primary focus on accurate kitting, material handling, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for gathering, organizing, assembling, labeling, and staging item kits by accurately following established procedures. Key duties include picking materials, verifying quantities, maintaining organized work areas, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. The Warehouse Assistant II also supports core warehouse functions—including receiving, packing, shipping, and inventory related activities —operates material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts and may assist in training or supporting other team members. This position is onsite at our Telford, PA location. Hours are 7:00am-3:30pm Monday through Friday.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or the equivalent in education, training, and experience.
  • 2-4 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly and work on feet for extended periods.
  • Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift or material-handling equipment certification preferred
  • Experience with cycle counting or basic inventory processes.
  • Basic computer skills (email, ERP/WMS navigation).
  • Must have good communication skills and be able to effectively articulate and communicate information to co-workers and support personnel

Responsibilities

  • Gather, organize, assemble, and package item kits for orders, ensuring all required components are included and staging completed kits for shipment.
  • Receive inbound part inventory, verify quantities, and ensure proper documentation
  • Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
  • Organize warehouse areas, maintain cleanliness, and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate and complete sell-off orders, confirming all components and materials are properly packaged with the device.
  • Support inventory counts and restocking, update transactions in WMS, and promptly report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged materials.
  • Operate material-handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks) in compliance with OSHA and company safety requirements.
  • Support team training, collaborate to meet daily goals, promptly communicate operational issues, and assist teammates as needed to maintain efficient warehouse operations.
  • Performs other duties as needed and assigned.
