About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse and Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our supply chain operations. This role ensures efficient inventory management, timely distribution, and cost-effective logistics while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years in logistics or warehouse operations, including 7+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in team management and operational performance improvement.
• Experience implementing cost-saving initiatives and process optimization.
• Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counting and data-driven planning; minimize shrinkage and discrepancies.
• Manage outbound logistics, route planning, carrier coordination, and on-time delivery; optimize transportation costs.
• Drive process improvements using lean principles to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements; conduct audits and corrective actions.
• Leverage WMS/TMS systems to improve inventory visibility and shipment tracking; lead digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop and lead warehouse and logistics teams, fostering accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
