This role is based in the Greenwood, IN warehouse, but requires travel to Columbus for training until August. The position is for the 1st Shift, from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, with the possibility of overtime for shift coverage or operational needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, shipping systems, and general office software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented and accurate
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic work environment
• Customer-service mindset

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation preferred

Responsibilities

• Enter inbound freight from Bills of Lading (BOL) into CDM and route to proper locations
• Verify skid count and document any damages or shortages on the BOL; obtain driver initials
• Update the inbound schedule in Microsoft Teams
• Monitor radio communications and collaborate with the cross-dock team to resolve inbound issues
• Scan “checked out” paperwork and file documentation appropriately
