Requirements

  • Is known for their strong customer service and communication skills
  • Stands out for their accuracy, diligence, and detail orientation
  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem‑solving ability
  • Is recognized for their organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Has 2+ years of experience in automotive repair, claims, call center, or related customer service environment
  • English proficiency, as the role involves communicating with customers, repair facilities, and internal partners on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers, repair facilities, and dealers.
  • Initiate automotive claims, gather information, verify coverage, and document in the Toro database.
  • Validate claims using parts and labor estimates, applying coverage rules and benefits (rental, towing).
  • Utilize labor time guide applications (Alldata or Mitchell ProDemand) to confirm estimates.
  • Communicate repair procedures and contract terms clearly to customers.
  • Provide claim summaries to Team Leads and Supervisors; escalate as needed.
  • Perform callbacks, process mail, and support general administrative tasks related to claims.
