The Corporate Solutions - VP, Services Lead role at Mastercard presents a compelling opportunity to scale a high-value Services business for Commercial customers, extending the success of their Consumer model across Commercial & New Payment Flows (CNPF). This strategic and entrepreneurial VP will be responsible for owning and scaling the Corporate Solutions Services strategy, defining and executing a strong Go-To-Market approach that aims to unlock new revenue streams, expand monetizable offerings, and strengthen performance discipline across CNPF. The leader will work closely with Product, Sales, Delivery, and Mastercard account teams to accelerate pipeline growth, deliver customer-centric solutions, and ensure disciplined execution. Additionally, they will elevate executive client engagement, embed a strong feedback culture, and identify targeted M&A opportunities to further scale and strengthen the CNPF Services platform.

Responsibilities

  • Expand existing Services to CNPF (e.g., SSO, Loyalty, Deploy) by calibrating value propositions and GTM; identify and pilot with anchor clients to prove impact at pace and at scale.
  • Build a segment-led service roadmap for Corporate Solutions, delivering 2–3 new flagship offerings over time, in partnership with product, studios, and analytics. Scale portfolio optimization—codify best practices, embed governance, and share playbooks across regions and segments.
  • Build and execute the services GTM strategy for Corporate Solutions, including segmentation, value proposition, packaging, pricing, and channel motions (1:1 and scalable 1-to-many) aligned to CNPF priorities.
  • Own the CNPF services sales pipeline by region (Americas, APEEMEA) across all relevant CNPF assets; forecast accurately and maintain healthy coverage ratios. Coordinate post-sale execution with the Services Delivery team to ensure time-to-value, quality outcomes, and referenceable success.
  • Embed AI as a competitive advantage in services—partner with acquired SaaS businesses and internal platforms to identify high-impact use cases and launch at least one AI-enhanced service tied to measurable client outcomes.
  • Establish a single source of truth for Corporate Solutions services revenues and pipeline; run a monthly performance cadence with clear KPIs, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Maximize commercial leverage by improving access to existing funds (e.g., CBA, markets) and strategically creating new funding mechanisms for scaled experiments and rollout.
  • Facilitate best practice sharing across the regional teams.
  • Elevate strategic interaction with key customers, fintechs, ecosystem partners, and C-suite stakeholders; build partnerships that accelerate adoption and growth.
  • Provide internal and external thought leadership on CNPF services trends within Corporate Solutions; represent the business in forums, client councils, and industry events.
  • Surface inorganic growth opportunities (M&A) that clearly advance the services roadmap; contribute to diligence and integration planning as needed.
  • Lead, coach, and develop regional Directors and matrixed contributors; create a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, transparency, and inclusive collaboration across markets and time zones.
  • Lead services GTM for B2B payables/receivables, virtual cards, procurement, expense and related enterprise workflows.
  • Partner with CS Product, Data & Services, and account teams to craft solution bundles (e.g., Deploy + SSO + Analytics) that drive CFO/Procurement value. Ensure compliance/readiness across risk, controls, and regulatory requirements common in enterprise finance functions; maintain strong governance for cross-border and large-ticket flows.
  • Build a C-suite engagement plan (CFO/COO/CPO) with quantifiable value hypotheses and benchmark outcomes.
