This role is onsite 5 days a week About the Role Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and partnering closely with the executive leadership team, the Vice President/Sr Vice President of Fulfillment Operations will lead all Weee! fulfillment center operations across regions. This role is responsible for building, scaling, and developing high-performing regional teams while defining and executing the company’s long-term vision for Operational Excellence. As the leader of Weee!’s largest workforce, you will oversee the systems, processes, and technologies that enable efficient, reliable order fulfillment. This role is critical to supporting Weee!’s rapid growth through operational scalability, continuous improvement, and disciplined execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading large, multi-site fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution operations.
  • Proven ability to scale complex operational organizations in high-growth environments.
  • Strong experience designing and improving complex processes and building scalable, repeatable SOPs.
  • Demonstrated success leading through ambiguity, crisis situations, and rapid change.
  • Track record of identifying inefficiencies, reducing defects, and driving measurable improvements.
  • Deep knowledge of operational best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in e-commerce or retail operations.
  • Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Bilingual proficiency; Mandarin or Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute long-term, scalable fulfillment strategies aligned with overall business objectives, with a strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Own P&L responsibility for Fulfillment Operations, ensuring financial rigor, cost control, and accountability.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations leadership team; build a strong succession pipeline and elevate organizational capability.
  • Establish performance management, engagement, and career development programs to drive productivity, retention, and leadership growth.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, trust, safety, and open communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align operational priorities with company-wide goals.
  • Drive operational excellence initiatives across all fulfillment centers to support current performance and future growth.
  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience, quality, productivity, throughput, and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to improve profitability and operational effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Define and implement systems, tools, and technology solutions that enhance workflows across quality, logistics, budgeting, and operations.
  • Apply continuous improvement methodologies to identify root causes, reduce defects, and standardize best practices.
  • Set long-term objectives and operating models for distribution and fulfillment center operations.
  • Develop, manage, and review operating budgets; hold leaders accountable for performance against financial and operational targets.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs, service-level agreements, and operational plans; provide clear insights and recommendations to the executive team.
  • Champion a strong culture of safety and ensure full compliance with all safety policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver regular operational and financial reporting, including variance analysis and corrective action plans.
