East Cambridge Savings Bank’s Human Resources Division is actively recruiting for a VP/Senior Human Resources Manager. Function: Under the guidance of the Executive Vice President/ Chief Human Resources Officer, plans, manages and organizes the daily operations of the Bank’s personnel functions in accordance with established Bank policies, procedures and strategic goals. We are looking for a candidate with: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. At least seven years of progressive experience in Human Resources with management experience. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, planning, problem solving and communications skills.
