About The Position

As VP of Sales, you will lead and inspire a high-performing sales organization focused on enterprise-level solutions across North America. You will drive revenue growth, define strategic priorities, and ensure alignment across marketing, product, and customer success teams. This role requires building strong relationships with senior executives, analyzing market trends, and translating insights into actionable sales strategies. You will oversee a team of enterprise software sales professionals, coaching and empowering them to exceed targets while fostering a collaborative, value-driven culture. Your leadership will directly impact the organization’s growth trajectory, customer satisfaction, and market presence. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years managing enterprise software sales teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quotas as an individual contributor in enterprise sales.
  • Experience selling large deals (>$500K ARR or >$3M TCV) and managing major accounts (<50 named accounts).
  • Strong strategic thinking, sales instincts, and ability to challenge clients professionally.
  • Proven experience building trusted relationships with executives and selling to business leaders in large organizations ($10B+ revenue).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience collaborating with Global Systems Integrators (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales goals for the North America new business team.
  • Facilitate a team-selling approach by coordinating resources across marketing, customer success, product management, and product development.
  • Develop and communicate customer-specific value propositions and implementation strategies.
  • Define and execute sales strategies aligned with market opportunities, products, and services.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
  • Track, analyze, and report key sales metrics to senior leadership.
  • Foster relationships with current clients and develop new business opportunities, including large enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and enable expansion business.
