The VP of Sales Strategy is an executive role responsible for shaping how MUSH grows; what we sell, where we win, how we invest, and how we partner with customers. This role is designed for a senior CPG leader who wants true ownership, and the opportunity to build the strategy engine of a fast-growing, mission-driven brand. Job Summary: The VP of Sales Strategy will own MUSH’s portfolio, category, and customer growth strategy, translating consumer, shopper, and financial insights into clear decisions and executable plans. This leader will serve as the strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Innovation, and Finance, ensuring that portfolio choices, pricing architecture, and trade investments drive profitable and sustainable growth. The successful candidate is a driver. This person will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Finance to drive actionable insights, product assortments, and profitable growth across all categories. The VP of Sales Strategy will influence and make clear decisions for the company’s ambitious growth targets and will be responsible for building and leading a high‑impact Strategy & Category Management team.
