The VP, People Strategy & Talent Management is a senior People leader responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling Limble’s core talent systems and people practices. This role focuses on building practical, high-impact programs that improve hiring quality, onboarding effectiveness, performance standards, leadership capability, and succession depth, while ensuring employee relations matters are handled with sound judgment and consistency. Reporting to our Chief People Officer, this role ensures that the most critical talent and performance systems are well-designed, embedded into the business, and consistently executed.
