As a VP People Partner, you will serve as a critical strategic advisor and executive leader, directly shaping the People agenda for a key Nokia Business Group or Function. This is the most senior People role within the assigned organization, reporting directly to the Group Chief People Officer and serving as a core member of the Nokia's People Leadership Team. You will be instrumental in translating Nokia’s overall People strategy into actionable plans that foster a high-performance culture and ensure organizational capabilities to achieve ambitious strategic objectives of Nokia. The Global Sales and Customer Operations (GSCO) organization is focused on driving growth by delivering a seamless experience for Nokia’s customers globally and leveraging the strength and differentiation of our portfolio. As VP People Partner for GSCO, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing a world-class customer-centric organization. Your role will involve developing People strategies that enhance sales effectiveness, co-innovation with customers, relationship management, and the overall customer journey, ensuring the GSCO organization is equipped with the talent and capabilities to accelerate growth and strengthen Nokia’s market position.
