About The Position

As VP of Partner Management, you will be responsible for stewarding and scaling the company’s most strategic partnerships, ensuring they deliver sustained value to customers and the business. Leading a compact, world-class team, this role focuses on operational excellence, partner performance, and long-term relationship health across platforms, data providers, and technology partners. You will sit at the center of Product, Commercial, Legal, and Customer teams—translating strategy into execution, resolving complexity, and building durable governance models that enable partners to operate as true extensions of the company’s offering.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Partner Management, Strategic Alliances, Platform Operations, or Enterprise Account Management within Ad Tech/MarTech or digital media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the paid social, programmatic, creative automation, or measurement ecosystems.
  • Proven success managing senior-level relationships with major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon, Snapchat, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams responsible for partner performance, retention, and operational excellence.
  • Ability to navigate technical discussions involving APIs, integrations, product capabilities, and data flows.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
  • A track record of building scalable governance structures, dashboards, QBR frameworks, and partner operations workflows.
  • NYC-based or flexible to work within the company’s hybrid model and travel to partner offices/events.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale a high-caliber Partner Management organization focused on performance, enablement, and long-term joint success.
  • Own the strategic and operational management of top-tier partners—including social, CTV, and programmatic platforms.
  • Drive partner performance, ensuring partners meet or exceed commercial commitments, integration quality standards, support SLAs, and joint activation goals.
  • Serve as the executive point of escalation for partner issues, ensuring swift resolution and seamless cross-functional coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to ensure partner integrations remain stable, innovative, and aligned to roadmap priorities.
  • Work with Commercial, Sales, and Customer Success teams to develop partner playbooks, co-selling frameworks, and joint value propositions that improve customer outcomes.
  • Establish robust partner health frameworks—including KPIs, scorecards, QBR structures, business reviews, and governance models.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships through expanded capabilities, advanced integrations, new feature adoption, or enhanced AI-driven workflows.
  • Monitor partner ecosystem performance, competitive positioning, market shifts, and platform policy changes to inform strategy and proactively manage risk.
  • Partner with Legal and Finance on contract renewals, renegotiations, incentive frameworks, and operational compliance.
  • Represent the company with senior-level partner executives, industry organizations, and strategic forums.
