The role encompasses a wide range of activities, including reinsurance pricing analysis, interaction with our Broking teams, client interaction as well as research projects. This broad-based introduction to the reinsurance sector will position you for significant future growth opportunities within our firm. Our team-oriented culture will promote development, enabling you to gain a balanced skill set, including acumen in analysis, negotiations, etc. As you gain experience and demonstrate your capabilities, we provide you with increased client interaction and more responsibility. As a VP or SVP (dependent on experience), you will provide actuarial profitability studies, reinsurance pricing, dynamic portfolio optimization support, and primary pricing support for our clients and prospects. The market focus will be Programs / MGAs across all lines of business, including but not limited to Commercial (e.g. General Liability, Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, BOP, Umbrella, Professional Liability) and Personal Lines (Property CAT and non-CAT, and Non-Standard Auto).
