The Vice President of Supply Chain and Customer Service is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize our supply chain, vendor management, distribution, and customer service operations. This role will manage and lead cross-functional teams, ensure the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers, and drive continuous improvement in demand planning, forecasting, Inventory optimization, warehousing, logistics, vendor, and customer service processes.
