The Vice President of Services and Aftermarket will be responsible for driving the America’s service strategy, performance, and profitability of Thermo King America’s aftermarket and services business. This role owns the end-to-end service lifecycle including dealer service networks, parts and service revenue growth, customer experience, service operations and sales, digital service solutions, product management, and technician capability development. The VP of Services will scale a world-class, customer-centric service organization that delivers uptime, reliability, and lifecycle value to customers across transport refrigeration, fleet, and cold chain solutions—while accelerating recurring revenue, margin expansion, and brand loyalty.
