The Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Revenue Management (VPSMRM) is responsible for leading and executing the overall sales, marketing, and revenue strategy across assigned hotels. This role oversees account management, business generation, prospecting, and revenue optimization to ensure each property consistently meets or exceeds revenue and occupancy goals. The VPSMRM reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Operations and provides leadership, training, and strategic direction to Directors of Sales, Sales Managers, and Revenue Managers. This position plays a key role in driving performance, developing rate and marketing strategies, and ensuring alignment with Mid-Continent Hospitality’s goals and brand standards.
