We are seeking a highly strategic, technically fluent, execution-oriented Vice President of Product to lead product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Accertify’s SaaS platform – a suite of comprehensive risk and chargeback management solutions. Blending AI, data, automation, and industry expertise to solve the most challenging issues facing merchants today, the Accertify platform allows fraud, infosec, and chargeback professionals to monitor, track, and adapt business strategy. This individual will help leverage Accertify’s industry-leading AI/ML capabilities, integrating data and analytics assets into simple, powerful, and intelligent solutions.  This role will serve as the product leader, translating the company's strategy into world-class products that drive growth, retention, and market leadership. As a leader in a multi-product, fast-scaling SaaS environment, the VP of Product will balance vision and operational excellence — building a disciplined product organization while remaining deeply connected to customers, data, and delivery. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and the Executive Team.  This leader will define where the product goes and ensure that it gets there.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, including senior leadership in SaaS or cloud-based platforms.
  • Proven experience scaling product organizations in multi-product, high-growth environments.
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to partner effectively with Engineering, Architecture, and Data teams.
  • Track record of delivering complex, enterprise-grade products from strategy through launch and scale.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning, AI, data analytics, and statistical modeling techniques.
  • Deep customer empathy and experience designing solutions for complex workflows and regulated environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with disciplined operational execution.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across executive, board, and technical audiences. Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate with senior stakeholders both within and outside of Accertify.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, with a bias toward action, clarity, and accountability.
  • Experience applying user-centric design principles to create intuitive and impactful product experiences.
  • Experience with Go-to-Market systems and processes
  • Skilled in developing MVPs and prototypes to test, validate, and iterate on product concepts quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the company’s product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with business objectives and market opportunity.
  • Translate the company strategy into a clear portfolio-level product architecture, platform strategy, and investment sequencing.
  • Act as an internal and external evangelist for the product, ensuring clarity, alignment, and excitement across the organization and with customers.
  • Build, scale, and mentor a high-performing product management organization, including Directors, Sr. PMs, and PMs.
  • Establish product management operating rhythms, standards, and lifecycle discipline (discovery, delivery, GTM, and optimization).
  • Create strong talent density through structured hiring, clear role definitions, and measurable performance management.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture to translate strategy into scalable, secure, and performant product capabilities.
  • Own prioritization frameworks and backlog governance to ensure the highest ROI initiatives are consistently delivered.
  • Ensure product investments balance innovation, scalability, technical health, and customer outcomes.
  • Maintain deep customer proximity through direct engagement, strategic design partnerships, advisory councils, and field interactions.
  • Develop a strong point of view on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Identify growth opportunities across core product, adjacent markets, partnerships, and M&A.
  • Drive the integration of AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics into core product workflows that create durable customer value.
  • Partner with Data Science and Engineering to bring AI-enabled capabilities from concept to production with speed and rigor.
  • Establish responsible AI, privacy, and data governance practices across the product portfolio.
  • Own product-led growth motions, packaging, pricing, positioning, and launch readiness.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure strong product-market fit, effective enablement, and consistent field execution.
  • Act as a central product voice in strategic deals, enterprise customer conversations, and renewal risk.
  • Define and track product performance through portfolio-level KPIs (ARR impact, Expansion, Retention, Adoption, NPS, Delivery Predictability).
  • Build durable feedback loops between customer insights, product outcomes, and business results.
  • Continuously optimize operating model, process quality, and team productivity.
