About The Position

We’re looking for a VP of Product Marketing to lead how XBOW is positioned, packaged, launched, and understood in the market. This role owns the full product marketing function—spanning technical GTM strategy, messaging and positioning, launch execution, content marketing programs, analyst relations, sales enablement, and the creation of a world-class Developer & Security Relations program to drive community evangelism. This leader will sit at the intersection of Product, Security Research, Growth, Sales, and Brand with deep ownership of how we define and win a new category: autonomous offensive security. You’ll turn powerful capabilities—AI-driven vulnerability discovery, exploit validation, and continuous learning systems—into crisp, differentiated narratives and repeatable go-to-market motions. You’ll thrive here if you can go deep with security researchers and engineers, speak fluently to CISOs and practitioners, and are excited to build the product marketing engine that scales a category-defining company.

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, including leadership experience scaling GTM for technical products
  • Strong track record of positioning, messaging, and launch execution for developer, infrastructure, or security platforms

  • Partner with Security Research and Engineering to turn novel findings into compelling GTM narratives and consistent brand-level thought leadership
