About The Position

This role offers a high-impact opportunity for a visionary marketing leader to drive growth, revenue, and brand presence in a B2B SaaS environment. As VP of Marketing, you will own end-to-end marketing strategy, including demand generation, content, brand positioning, and customer engagement. You will lead a cross-functional marketing team and partner closely with sales and product leadership to deliver measurable results across complex enterprise sales cycles. Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with significant leadership roles in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
  • Proven success marketing to mid-market and enterprise segments with multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, including ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, expansion revenue, and pipeline velocity.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for campaign automation, personalization, and content acceleration.
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ownership of content strategy, brand positioning, and marketing operations.
  • Experience managing cross-functional marketing teams and partnering closely with sales leadership.
  • Data-driven, experimental, and able to challenge traditional marketing approaches while delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and enterprise-focused marketing programs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue targets, aligning strategy to ARR goals.
  • Develop and execute scalable B2B SaaS growth strategies, optimizing CAC, LTV, funnel conversion, and pipeline velocity.
  • Lead multi-channel demand generation, including inbound, outbound, events, ABM, and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Implement AI-driven tools to improve personalization, lead scoring, content creation, and conversion optimization.
  • Define and execute content strategy across thought leadership, SEO-driven content, sales enablement, and customer education.
  • Establish brand voice, messaging architecture, and ensure cohesive creative output across all marketing channels.
  • Drive customer marketing programs that support retention, expansion, and advocacy initiatives.
  • Oversee digital strategy, including website performance, SEO/SEM, and paid media campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor marketing teams, including Directors and cross-functional contributors, fostering collaboration and alignment with sales and product teams.
  • Develop integrated marketing programs that support complex deal cycles, enterprise engagement, and field enablement.
