VP of Product Management, Commercial
About The Position
Drive Commercial Strategy: Define the product roadmap for multiple quarters and beyond, ensuring a seamless integration of FinSimple commercial lending with Ford Pro's software and services suite. Political Capital & Organizational Influence: Build and leverage strong relationships across a complex matrix of 6+ internal organizations (including Ford Pro, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Operations, business stakeholders and Risk) to align conflicting priorities and secure buy-in for shared goals. Cultivate Talent: Build and mentor a high-performing team through active coaching, succession planning, and a culture of collaborative innovation focused on the unique needs of business customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or combination of experience and education
- 6+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and leaders
- Experience engaging at an executive level internally with cross-functional groups
- Experience working in a matrixed team structure and influencing across product areas
- Proven leader in Commercial/B2B product management, specifically within the Ford Pro FinSimple or similar commercial fleet ecosystem.
- Specific experience delivering consolidated billing ecosystems, complex commercial leasing products, or large-scale digital platform consolidations.
- Extensive experience implementing and scaling AI solutions that enhance customer and agent experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across multiple disparate business units (e.g., Sales, IT, Finance, Operations).
