About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on VP of Growth to build and scale Origin’s growth engine across paid, organic, creators, and lifecycle.

This is a player-coach role. You will not just manage. You will personally build, test, ship, measure, and iterate alongside a small, elite team. Your job is to turn Origin into a multi-channel, compounding growth machine—not a company dependent on one paid channel.

You’ll own growth strategy, execution, experimentation, and team leadership, with a relentless focus on speed, leverage, and measurable impact.

Requirements

• A builder, not just a manager
• Deeply fluent in: Funnels, cohorts, CAC/LTV, payback; Experiment design and analysis
• Comfortable living in both: Strategy and execution; Creative and numbers
• AI-native in how you work, not AI-curious
• Someone who has: Owned growth at a consumer or PLG company; Personally shipped and scaled channels; Built systems, not just campaigns; Clear examples of metrics you moved and how you did it

Nice To Haves

• Have built custom workflows, automations, or internal tools
• Have used AI to materially increase team output or speed in a prior role
