About The Position

The Vice President of Growth in the Clinical Research sector is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving sustainable business expansion and market penetration across the United States. This role focuses on identifying new growth opportunities, optimizing revenue streams, and enhancing the organization's competitive positioning within a complex and highly regulated industry. The VP of Growth will collaborate closely with cross functional teams including marketing, Operations, and business development to develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies that align with the company’s mission and values. A key outcome of this role is to foster innovation and scalability while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining high standards of patient and client care. Ultimately, the VP of Growth will be instrumental in shaping the future trajectory of the organization by delivering measurable growth and long term value to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in growth, business development, or marketing roles within the healthcare or social assistance industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing growth strategies that resulted in measurable revenue increases.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Public Health (MPH), or a related advanced degree.
  • Experience working in a multi-state healthcare organization or social assistance provider.
  • Familiarity with digital health technologies, data analytics, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and drive innovation in a complex regulatory environment.
  • Professional certifications related to healthcare management or growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives that align with organizational goals and healthcare industry standards.
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute targeted campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee the development of partnerships and alliances that expand the company’s reach and service offerings.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess the effectiveness of growth strategies and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Ensure all growth activities comply with healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with product and operations teams to align service delivery with market demands and customer expectations.
