About The Position

Are you ready to lead a high-impact team driving demand generation across our marketing organization? You’ll build and guide a talented group, delivering innovative campaigns that connect with target buyers and fuel our growth. You’ll shape strategy, align resources, and ensure operational success for our field marketing efforts in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Proven business and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to understand P&L and general management.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience scaling marketing operations and employing analytics to inform strategy.
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing best practices, including digital, ABM, and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Experience leading distributed teams to achieve results.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Knowledge in ERP systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute field marketing and demand generation strategies to achieve bookings growth across your region.
  • Deliver repeatable, sustainable, and predictable marketing-generated pipeline to support sales targets.
  • Provide strategic direction for field marketing talent, investments, and campaign execution.
  • Optimize customer acquisition and pipeline velocity using best practices for B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Lead campaign management, reporting, and ongoing optimization for effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence marketing technologies, processes, and systems.
  • Inspire and develop field marketers through coaching, recruitment, and talent management.
