About The Position

As the first dedicated marketing leadership hire, you will build and lead the global brand function from scratch. Reporting to the COO, you will define Redesign Health’s identity, messaging, and communications strategy to position the firm as the premier institutional co-founder for ambitious healthcare founders and investors worldwide.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years leading brand and communications strategy within a high-growth startup or venture capital firm.
• Proven track record of building functions from the ground up, moving seamlessly between hands-on execution and high-level strategic storytelling.
• Global mindset with experience managing brands across multiple international markets and a drive to proactively leverage AI as a force multiplier.

Responsibilities

• Own the global brand identity and messaging architecture, ensuring high-caliber consistency across all digital channels, events, and partner interactions.
• Drive market leadership by positioning Redesign Health as the authoritative voice in healthcare AI through high-quality strategic content and media relations.
• Support portfolio company success by amplifying their milestones and providing guidance on navigating critical communication moments using AI-powered tools.
