About the role What You’ll Own Client Success and Account Management Leadership Own net revenue retention, expansion revenue, and overall client health across the customer portfolio Lead, coach, and scale the Account Management team with clear expectations, operating cadence, and accountability Build repeatable systems for renewals, expansion identification, executive check-ins, and risk detection Serve as the senior escalation point for high-stakes client issues involving privacy, ad security, regulatory, or reputational risk Translate client feedback and behavioral signals into actionable insights for Product, Sales, and Executive Leadership Partner closely with the CEO on strategic accounts, renewal strategy, and long-term customer planning What we provide to help you succeed We recognize and value our employees and strive to create a healthy and supportive environment for our team. Requirements

  • Held senior post-sale leadership roles such as VP or Head of Account Management or Customer Success in advertising technology or an adjacent regulated market
