What You’ll Be Doing: Vice President, MSK and RBM Value (Musculoskeletal and Radiology Solutions) About Evolent Health Evolent Health partners with health plans and providers to improve clinical and financial performance through innovative, value-based care solutions. Our mission is to transform healthcare for the better, focusing on quality, affordability, and patient experience. Role Overview The Vice President, MSK and RBM Value will lead Evolent’s Musculoskeletal (MSK) and Radiology Benefit Management (RBM) programs strategy and execution, driving clinical innovation, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes for clients and patients. This executive will oversee program design, implementation, and performance management, ensuring alignment with Evolent’s mission and client objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years in healthcare leadership roles, with expertise in musculoskeletal and radiology, utilization management, or value-based care programs.
  • Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to design and scale clinical programs that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Leadership: Exceptional ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams and engage with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the vision for Evolent’s MSK and RBM programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market needs.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the Evolent senior accountable leader to health plan and provider partners, demonstrating program value and outcomes.
  • Innovation & Growth: Identify opportunities to enhance MSK offerings, including digital health tools, advanced analytics, and practice and partner engagement models.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, analytics, operations, customer and technology teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Performance Management: Monitor program KPIs, financial impact, and clinical outcomes; implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive both ROI and cost to serve objectives
