About The Position

What You'll Do Own and execute the holistic marketing and campaign strategy across eCommerce, site merchandising, social, creators, partnerships, collaborations, and events, driving both acquisition and retention. Lead site marketing efforts directly, optimizing the customer journey, conversion, AOV, storytelling, and personalized experiences. Oversee and actively manage site merchandising, ensuring strong product presentation, navigation, and alignment with brand and business goals. Partner with Finance, Product, Creative, Growth, and Retention teams to coordinate launches, promotions, and onsite experiences, rolling up sleeves to ensure flawless execution. Use analytics and insights to guide hands-on optimization, testing, personalization, and merchandising decisions. Build and scale a creator and influencer program, taking ownership of sourcing, negotiation, contracting, content approval, and performance tracking. Identify and manage brand collaborations end-to-end, from concepting and creative development through GTM planning to performance measurement. Own the social media strategy, guiding content planning, trends, channel-specific execution, and community engagement, while directly contributing to content creation when needed. Oversee brand events, pop-ups, and experiential activations, taking a hands-on role in planning and execution. Create and manage the marketing budget, making tactical decisions on promotions, partnerships, PR, cause marketing, events, and agency fees. Build and maintain a strategic marketing calendar, aligning initiatives across campaigns, social, product marketing, events, partnerships, and cause marketing, while actively driving execution. Implement operational frameworks to solve bottlenecks, increase efficiency, and ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly. Measure, report, and optimize marketing performance, using data to make hands-on improvements and achieve KPIs. Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, setting an example by being actively involved in projects, campaigns, and execution. Build strong relationships with leadership and cross-functional partners, while aligning strategy to drive results. What You Have Minimum of 12+ years of brand marketing experience required Apparel industry and/or DTC expertise and background preferred Minimum of 7 years of team management with experience managing a minimum of 5+ direct reports Proven ability to lead, build relationships, and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment A self-starter mentality; ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Ability to think creatively and strategically while maintaining a rigorous business and financial discipline Exceptional project management experience and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Bachelor’s degree required The base salary range for this full-time position is $190,000 -$225,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements
