Why this role is important to Arcadia Arcadia is building a direct-toâLife Sciences commercial function as a strategic growth pillar of the company. The Vice President, Life Sciences Sales will be the founding direct seller, responsible for originating, shaping, and closing enterprise relationships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. This is a true end-to-end commercial role. You will hunt for new opportunities, leverage your network, lead senior-level discovery conversations, scope and price solutions, negotiate contracts, and partner closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and long-term client satisfaction. This role is designed for a senior life sciences seller with deep fluency in data, analytics, and evidence-based solutionsâsomeone who understands how pharma organizations buy across the development lifecycle and who wants to build, not inherit, a book of business, a sales motion, and ultimately a sales organization.
