The role is responsible for driving capital-raising efforts in the Japan market by building and managing relationships with Securities Firms. Independent Financial Advisors (“IFAs”), and other financial professionals. This position involves educating clients on Walton’s investment offerings, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and executing sales and marketing initiatives to meet performance targets. The successful candidate will deliver presentations, coordinate client events, and maintain a strong understanding of Japan’s financial services industry and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. This role also collaborates with internal teams, supports the development of sales associates, and contributes to the growth of Walton’s global distribution platform in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
