The Vice President, HR Business Partner is Tidal’s primary people-facing HR leader. This role owns recruiting, employee relations, culture execution, and learning & development — ensuring the firm hires well, develops talent intentionally, and scales leadership capability without dilution. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, requiring strong judgment, credibility with leaders, and the ability to operate at speed while maintaining consistency and care. The role reports to the SVP, Human Resources and partners closely with executive leadership and the AVP HR Generalist.
