As the first go‑to‑market hire for a Fidelity Labs startup focused on digital assets, you will own early commercial strategy and enterprise sales execution for a new platform serving financial institutions. You will define initial target customers, shape positioning and pricing hypotheses, and build the first repeatable path to revenue. You’ll lead complex, high‑value enterprise deals end to end—engaging senior decision‑makers at broker‑dealers, asset managers, and other financial institutions. Partnering closely with the founder, product, and engineering teams, you’ll translate direct customer insight into refined messaging, GTM strategy, and product priorities. As the primary voice of the customer, you’ll help shape how the platform is positioned, sold, and evolved. This role requires comfort selling in ambiguity, building from zero, and leading enterprise conversations where both the product and GTM motion are still emerging. As the business scales, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape future GTM capabilities, including sales coverage, partnerships, and broader commercial strategy.
