The VP, Growth Success Manager (GSM) will serve as a specialist focusing on the retention and growth of Bank and Credit Union advisors in the field. In direct partnership with the Success Manager and the institutions' leadership, the objective of this role will be to facilitate, educate, coach, and train advisors and their staff on the benefits of adopting the breadth of LPL's offering to help them run more efficient practices, acquire new clients, deepen the wallet share of existing accounts and aid in retention of their existing client base through application of a comprehensive wealth management approach. The VP, GSM is responsible for driving Net New Asset (NNA) growth for our advisors and the institutions they serve. At LPL Financial, our stated mission is "to take care of our advisors so they can take care of their clients". In line with this statement, the GSM is responsible for contributing to a culture and an environment where members of the team are empowered to live our mission statement. The GSM will provide guidance to assist the respective teammates in meeting their specific territory sales goals and is responsible for achieving the stated sales goals for the overall team.
