As the VP, Group Account Director, you have a diverse set of skills that guide business agility–including strong customer relationship & satisfaction, revenue retention & management, and revenue expansion capabilities. You take great care to cultivate enduring customer relationships, ensuring we are exceeding expectations by providing top of market client services daily. You are responsible for a portfolio of Digital Experience (DX) customers and will be a member of the CRG Account Management leadership team. You will report to the SVP, Head of Account Management.
